Service Description

Your Teenager will benefit from a kinesiology session if they are having any kind of overly emotional, erratic neurological, or disruptive behaviours. We will work towards a new plan to get on a more healthful path and increase coping strategies to enable more positive and lasting changes. Some common conditions: stress and anxiety relief; hormonal balance; learning difficulties; sleep and irritability; greater focus and concentration; a stronger sense of self; improved athletic and academic results For ages 11-17 years old, sessions last 45-60 minutes.
