Service Description

Teenage Bowen can assist with: - stress and anxiety relief - hormonal balance - learning difficulties - physical injuries - sleep and irritability - immune boosting - improved gut health - focus and concentration - a stronger sense of self - improved athletic and academic results NB. Bowen is not necessarily an ongoing therapy as spontaneous resolution is possible, unless you are needing support for long standing chronic conditions. It is always best to have 3 sessions to experience the full affect of Bowen on any condition that you are experiencing. Sessions range from 20 - 40 minutes.
